Unitrade Diabetes accepts major Debit or Credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All through PayPal or Square.

Data Security

Unitrade Diabetes store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Unitrade Diabetes’s system using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with the highest encryption level commercially available.

Shipping Information

How Long Does It Take For Your Products To Arrive?

Shipping for USA takes 5-10 business days (First Class Mail) or 2-3 business days (Priority Mail), for all other countries usually takes 3-5 weeks (First Class Mail) or 6-10 business days (Priority Mail) to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. NOTE: A 2 week purchase order processing time may apply for some products prior to shipping, which will be disclosed in the description of such product at the store.

USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending of order's total weight).

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary based on content and the destination country. To calculate your shipping charge, please add all desired items to your shopping cart and select your destination.

International Duties (Customs Fees)

If your order is shipping outside of the United States, you are likely to be charged customs fees before delivery can be completed. Shipping cost does not include custom fees. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.

Unitrade Diabetes is not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.

Return and/or Exchange Information

Unitrade Diabetes’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Unitrade Diabetes carefully review your order and makes sure there is nothing wrong with each of the products you purchased prior of shipping.

All returns and/or exchanges must be accompanied with original purchase receipt. No returns and/or exchange will be issued without a receipt.

Unitrade Diabetes will accept any unused/unopened merchandise items for return and/or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging a product. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, Unitrade Diabetes reserves the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the shipping address provided on the order.

No refund will be issued for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unitrade Diabetes and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, artists, licensors, members and suppliers from and against all claims, damages, losses, liens, expenses, suits and attorneys' fees for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages to any person or entity that may in any way arise out of or result from or in connection with your use of Unitrade Diabetes and/or any other of its family of websites; or in the event that your use of Unitrade Diabetes and/or any other of its family of websites (1) constitutes a violation of any applicable law or regulation (including, without limitation, copyright and intellectual property laws); (2) is defamatory, fraudulent or deceptive, or (3) is intended to threaten, harass or intimidate any person; or in the event of any violation of this Terms of Use Agreement by you.

By contacting, registering, or submitting any of your personal information through Unitrade Diabetes’s websites including but not limited to telephone numbers, emails, or addresses, you are consenting for Unitrade Diabetes and all authorized representatives to contact you by any media including but not limited to phone texts, and/or to include your email address in Unitrade Diabetes’s newsletter for upcoming releases, promotions and updates.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute arising under or relating in any way to this agreement or to Unitrade Diabetes and its services provided under this agreement, you, the visitor/member/customer, and we, Unitrade Diabetes, agree to resolve this dispute by looking to the terms of this agreement. If there is a conflict between what one of our employees/contractors says and the terms of this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall control.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you, the visitor/member/customer, and Unitrade Diabetes with respect to its services, its artists and family of websites. The failure of Unitrade Diabetes to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

If any part of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the balance of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture between you, the visitor/members/customers, and Unitrade Diabetes. Unitrade Diabetes has the full right to discontinue Unitrade Diabetes, Unitrade Diabetes Online Services, or any Unitrade Diabetes family of websites in its totality at any time. The headings of the paragraphs of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit or in any way affect the scope, meaning or intent of this Agreement.

This Agreement is accepted upon your use of this website and/or any other of the Unitrade Diabetes family websites. Your agreement with Unitrade Diabetes will always include this Agreement at a minimum. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law.
